Our Cycle For Life is an event we host that allows children old enough to ride their decorated tricycle or bicycle around the course, along with many activities that we have for the children to enjoy. This event, April 26, 2015, is for the American Cancer Relay For Life - Romeo.  If you have a specific team to support let us know on the registration form.

ATTENTION!! ALL 2-12 YEAR OLD BOYS AND GIRLS BRING YOUR BIKE TO ROMEO HIGH SCHOOL AND RIDE THE COURSE TO HELP RAISE FUNDS FOR YOUR  ROMEO AMERICAN CANCER RELAY FOR LIFE EVENT.

 

Where:          ROMEO HIGH SCHOOL PARKING LOTS

Time:            1:00 p.m. – 3:30 p.m.

Entry Fee:     $10.00 – Early Registration.  $15.00 At the Course.  Entry fee includes a prize.

                      EARLY REGISTRATION DEADLINE Tuesday, April 21, 2015

Race Day:     Bring your bicycle, helmet, registration form, and entry fee (if not preregistered)

Refreshments and activities to follow.

Optional, decorate your bike for the contest.

I, for myself and my child or ward (the “Participant”), consent(s) to participation in the American Cancer Cycle-For-Life fundraiser hosted by the Pink Girls Foundation. Participant agrees to the use of his/her name and photograph in broadcasts, newspapers, brochures and other media without compensation. Participant acknowledges that he/she is physically fit and able to safely participate in the Event. If the Event involves physical activity, Participant understands there may be risks associated with participating in a physical activity and assumes all risk of injury that may occur as a result of participating in the Event. Participant understands that the Pink Girls Foundation relies upon Participant to be aware of Participant’s physical limits. Participant agrees not to sue, to forever release, indemnify and defend the Pink Girls Foundation., the fundraising organization that supports the Municipalities, Counties, or other local governments in or through which the Event takes place or is conducted; any other person, entity or sponsor connected with the Event; and their affiliates, officers, directors, volunteers and employees (the “Released Parties”), from all claims, actions and liabilities of any type, whether it results from any negligent act or failure to act by the Released Parties (including, but not limited to, damages for personal injury or death), that arises out of participation in the Event. Pink Girls Foundation does not sell, rent or loan any personally identifiable information to anyone not acting on its behalf. If any provision of this Agreement is found invalid by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall not be affected and shall be enforced.
